WATER PATROLLING
As of late November 2008, Eco Río spearheaded an effort to bring a new level security to the Fronteras region of the Río Dulce. It is this area where a 24x7 patrol has been established to provide security specifically for the participating Marinas and Hotels. The “Navy Patrol” is a special program under contract between the Guatemalan Navy, our participating members (Eco Rio) and provides security primarily in the area.
